Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
- We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
- You will receive a shipment confirmation email within 48 hours from the time of payment and a tracking number when the shipment is dispatched.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- Raghu Textiles (tooshmoda.com) is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
- Raghu Textiles (tooshmoda.com) is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. Our liability ceases when the goods leave our premises. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Service Area
- We can ship to any location within a country that is a serviceable pin code under FedEx Priority Services.
Returns Policy
- We only refund certain domestic purchases. Please ensure you check the information given on the respective product page.
- Fashion accessories like shawls, scarves, stoles, mufflers, hair covers, and bandannas are worn close to the body and may be used as face coverings.
- To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with woven labels and hang tags attached.
