Returns
Our products are primarily made-to-order and carefully handcrafted to meet individual specifications. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to our Terms & Conditions.
Due to the bespoke nature of our pieces, we do not offer returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.
However, we remain committed to quality and customer satisfaction. In the rare case of:
- Receiving a damaged product
- Receiving an incorrect item
We will review and provide assistance accordingly.
Please note that no returns or exchanges are applicable on customized or COD orders.
Taxes & Duties
All product prices displayed on the website are inclusive of applicable taxes within India.
For international orders, shipments are delivered on a FOB (Free on Board) basis. This means that product prices do not include import duties, customs charges, or local taxes.
All such charges are determined by the destination country and must be borne by the customer. These are payable at the time of delivery, as required for customs clearance.
Orders & Cancellations
Each Toosh Moda piece is created with care and precision. As a result, orders once placed are considered final.
We do not accept cancellations, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been confirmed, as each piece is specially made for you.
In certain exceptional cases where production is not feasible, we may offer an alternative, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Sizing
Please note that sizing may vary depending on the design, cut, and fabric of each product. We recommend reviewing size details carefully before placing your order.
Colors
We make every effort to represent product colors as accurately as possible.
However, variations may occur due to differences in screen displays and lighting. Additionally, as our products are handcrafted, minor variations and irregularities are natural and part of the product’s unique character.
Delivery
Estimated delivery timelines for each product are mentioned on the product detail page.
For most orders, delivery is completed within 10–15 days, depending on the design and customization.
Delivery timelines may be affected if we do not receive:
- Complete payment
- Accurate delivery information
- Timely response from the customer
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, external factors or third-party logistics partners may occasionally cause delays. In such cases, we will keep you informed and support you throughout the process.
Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping.
- Shipping within India is complimentary
- For international orders, shipping charges are additional and vary based on destination, weight, and volume
- Shipping costs will be communicated upon request or at the time of order confirmation

Shipping Information

- Shipping within India is free of charge
- For international orders, shipping is complimentary on orders above USD 200, and charged at actual cost for orders below this value
- All applicable taxes and duties within India are included in the product price
- For international deliveries, customs duties and local taxes are payable by the customer at the time of delivery
Delivery timelines commence from the date of order confirmation.
In rare cases where production cannot be completed, we may offer an alternative product, store credit, or refund.
We partner with reliable logistics providers to ensure safe and timely delivery. Tracking details will be shared via email once your order is dispatched.
In case of delays beyond 2 weeks from the estimated delivery timeline, we will reach out to confirm whether you wish to proceed with the order.
Each Toosh Moda piece is thoughtfully crafted with precision and care, reflecting our commitment to quality and craftsmanship. As all our products are made-to-order, returns and exchanges are not applicable except in cases of damage, which must be reported within 12 hours of receipt along with supporting images and video.
