Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms & Conditions

Toosh Moda offers a Cash on Delivery (COD) option for select orders, subject to confirmation and serviceability.

Order Confirmation

For all COD orders, a confirmation call will be made to the recipient prior to dispatch to verify the order details and ensure a smooth delivery process.

Orders will only be processed and shipped after successful confirmation.

Payment Terms

Under the COD option:

  • A minimum of 50% of the total order value must be paid online at the time of placing the order
  • The remaining balance is payable in cash upon delivery

Please note that:

  • Only cash payments are accepted at the time of delivery
  • Demand drafts, cheques, foreign currency, gift vouchers, and store credits are not accepted for COD orders

Serviceability

COD is available only for select pin codes and is subject to serviceability by our logistics partners.

Toosh Moda reserves the right to accept or decline COD requests based on delivery feasibility and internal verification.

Cancellation & Non-Acceptance

If a COD order is:

  • Cancelled after dispatch
  • Refused or not accepted at the time of delivery

The shipping and handling charges incurred will be charged to the customer.

Shipping Charges

COD orders are eligible for standard shipping benefits within India, subject to applicable conditions.

In case of cancellation or non-acceptance after dispatch, courier charges will be payable by the customer.

Disputes & Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from COD transactions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ludhiana,India.
